Sub blog pages under the Featured Blog Page?

May be I am not specified enough about what I want to archive with the Featured blog page in my last post. I actually want to have a few sub-blog pages, under the Featured Blog page (on main navbar) - where the collection of categories sections is displaying. Each sub-blog page is separated from each other with its own posts on a specific subject.

What I need to do to make this works?
