Length of time it takes to get response from support

Edit: Everything has been resolved satisfactorily, and on a weekend no less! :)

I emailed support twice regarding my account. Once yesterday morning and again this morning. As the page you see after emailed support talks about business days, and considering it is nearing closing time on a Friday, am I going to be waiting for a response until Monday? Any one able to tell me how long it really takes to get support responses?
