Changing City styling question

Could someone please help me with how to change the Revolution City homepage to look like the revolution lifestyle formatting whereby the last column on the bottom (see music) section spans 2 columns and has more text in it then the city theme.

So basically would like to know what code to add to the home.php page and the style sheet of city theme so that the section (music) for example wouold retain the styling of the revolution lifestyle theme.
