Sitemap options for MultiSite?

What's the best option for creating a sitemap on a MultiSite site? It looks to me like the XML Google Sitemap Generator plugin - the most popular one - might? not work with MS?

Is there a plugin that does work reliably with MS and continues to be in active development? Or a better option?

Thanks! Obviously, I'm using a Genesis child theme - Lexicon and the site is http://horsesofthewest.com although I guess this is more of a general question for what to do with all of my Genesis sites.
