Plugin for a directory on a wp site?

I'm using the lifestyle theme and would like to add a directory visitors can search listings. I've looked for some plugins but haven't come across much of anything attractive. Plug and play would be nice but I'd be willing to hire someone to customize...looking for things like adding photos to the listing, possibly feedback/comments, maps, submissions to the listing, and definitely some kinda positive impact for seo..maybe somekinda ecommerce feature but thats not real important.

Is there something more I should search aside from plugins?
