Default Pharmacy spam

  1. Two of my websites are littered with pharmacy spam on the posts but not on the pages. I have already deleted it a couple of times manually, but it reappears days later. Not sure how its getting inserted. Its not comment spam....its inserted into the original post, but does not appear to be happening from the Dashboard because the posts don't get updated. The date of the post is still my last update. I have Akismet installed and Akismet says there's nothing in your spam queue.
  2. WordPress 3.1.1.
  3. Platinum Child Theme 1.0
  4. http://filmcalaveras.org and http://gocalaverasfoodie.com
  5. Plugins Akismet and Disable Trackbacks
  6. Have changed passwords.
  7. Also automatically adds two websites to my links: ampicillinpills.com and buydiflucancheap.com
