Removing space from Wordpress Title

Hi, can someone let me know how to remove the space in the html code (it's ok if I need to edit the core WP files) I'm comfortable doing this, to remove the space preceding the title? I have all the Revolution I themes, and there is a space preceding the title...came across some posts from some other blogs saying to edit one of the core files, which I did, but I'm still getting the space. Anyone know what the latest fix is for wordpress 2.63 or above to remove the leading space from the title tag? Thanks
