Moving wordpress

I have tried to move my wordpress blog from http://www.grandflame.co.uk/home to http://www.grandflame.co.uk so just changed the below and pressed save. Evidently this is not the way to do it but currently I cant get back into my site.

Any ideas???

I changed
WordPress address (URL) http://grandflame.co.uk/home
Blog address (URL) http://grandflame.co.uk/home

to

WordPress address (URL) http://grandflame.co.uk
Blog address (URL) http://grandflame.co.uk

....and then pressed save.
