Looking for a plugin for membership directory, Suggestions?

My client is looking for a plugin that does the following

"I am looking for something that will show the business categories for a Chamber of Commerce site as a dropdown. When a category is selected, all the businesses associated with that category are displayed. The fields I would like, besides your standard name, address, phone are email and website links with the ability to upload a logo for each business."

Does anyone have a suggestion, I don't believe it has to be a free plugin I think she is willing to pay for a premium one.
