Studiopress vs. Wordpress in HootSuite

I want to know if there is a simple way to take the Studiopress site I have been using to post my blogs for months to and sync it up to HootSuite so I can make global social networking posts at a single time. If not, can someone point me to the direction of syncing a new WP blog so I don't have to copy and past my past year of posts one by one?
