Blog Title in Settings Shows in Header

Blog Title in Settings Shows in Header

I can't seem to find an answer for this in forum.

If I place the title of my blog in "General Settings: section, it shows in my header, top left, in pink color used for default link navigation.

If I don't place blog title there, it doesn't show in search engines for SEO. Solution? I'm sure it must be an easy one. I do have All in One SEO but that doesn't seem to help for actual blog listing in whois directory for site/blog title.
