Wordpress and Zen Cart

I'm working on remaking my family's website. We are selling small shipped goods, less then 50 items alltogether.
I really liked the functions Wordpress platform gives, but the cart plugins, such as Shopp and PhPurchase(Cart66) didn't impress me with their poor support and bugginess. I tried out Zen Cart, level of customization is astounding, but I'm having problems with two things.
1. Combining wordpress and zen cart in one website.
2. Having seamless design, based on the studiopress themes.

Is there a good ecommerce cart that will allow me to resolve these two problems at once?
