Cannot get Custom Field Images to work on Homepage

Hi guy's,

For some reason i have followed the tutorial, but my images arnt displaying on the homepage?

I have uploaded a photo which is 70x70 and im linking to it, but nothing displays and it only shows the Revolution image symbol there.
