Theme forum access

I apologize in advance - I'm thinking you get this a fair amount.

I'm not recognized as a registered owner of Genesis (Landscape Child Theme) because I did not directly buy from Studio Press. Ironically enough, I had my site built by a MOD from your site so it was he that bought the framework, theme on my behalf.

This means I am precluded from using the Landscape forum?

If so, what can I do?
