Shortcodes not working

Shortcodes not working

I have a WordPress installation where the shortcodes aren't working for any plugin except Gravity Forms. The built in WP shortcodes work, but none of the plugin shortcodes.

I've disabled all of the plugins and tested, but that doesn't fix anything.

Can someone please take a look and let me know what I may be missing?
