Questions Before Purchase

I was going to post under the News Child Theme section, but it says I don't have permission.

I like the theme, and want it very similar to this website:

I have some questions, what is required to install genesis and the themes, I have my own server, I want to host EVERYTHING on my own server.

I want a large news website, it needs these features:

Articles with large images, like 800x600
A store section for selling products, might use opencart for that.
Ads regulated manually by myself
Mailing list option
flv videos on site, not only youtube, but youtube is also required..
live video streaming with a chat room
download links
possibly a forum

Facebook like button
Facebook share button
retweet
stumbleupon etc..

Facebook comments on articles would be a nice extra option

We need it to post new articles automatically to our facebook page(page not profile)
Same with twitter, and other sites like myspace and orkut would be nice extras

We need an RSS feed of new articles, per subject is also a nice option.

Colours will be changed, black or dark background, white or similar text.

Really wish you had a phone number or something, anyway I need all of those options available, even via wordpress apps or whatever, but I want to host it myself.

I was going to purchase yesterday but you don't make it clear where the site is hosted, if we sign in via our own servers or via you, or wordpress website.

I know html, I have web developer programs, simple changes I can do, but this theme is good to start with..

So overall, a yes or no would be a good answer, can I put all of this on my own server without limitations.. such as small images, as many wordpress themes have.

I refuse to purchase a theme just to ask these questions, I am considering making the whole site using OpenCart at this time.
