New FCG (v 3.2.0) upgrade - broke my theme

Hi there,

I click on the one-click upgrade for FCG - which upgraded on my site (http://www.scrapbookingdirections.com/2009) and simultaneously appears to have broken the code.

Do you know what has caused this issue?
Do you have an update or fix for this?

I am not savvy enough with coding to even know where to start looking at which pages to fix.
