Default Lost Theme Zip File

I have the lifestyle theme. It seems in switching hosts from 1and1.com to bluehost.com i have lost the theme. I cant seem to locate the zip for this theme and I need to give it to my web designer to customize again. What do I do. In addition, I am sure that there are new feature and upgrades to the theme since I last interacted here. How do I proceed?
