Breadcrumb/Active state menu for Corporate

Still digging into usability concerns for Corporate...

Corporate theme have a dropdown menu without "active link" state, and the visitor have no way of knowing where he is in the page structure. Not good usability.

Any ideas on how/where to put a breadcrumb without breaking the design idea ?
Any ideas/solution on how to put a "active" state on the menu ?
