Default Custom Widget Plugin

I am using a custom widget plugin called TS Custom Widgets. I want only certain widgets on certain pages. The problem I am finding is the Home page does not want to show the specific widget I want that is selected for several other pages. I was wondering if this is because of the way I've set up this website, using the Blog page as my home page.

Is there another way to set this up so the custom widget plugin might work?
