Duplicate Content With Tags?

I just started my blog about 2 weeks ago, and recently Iv been writing more articles and adding lots of more content. I'v noticed that when I type site:mywebsitename.com It shows me pages like www.strikemma.com/tag/troops/ or www.strikemma.com/tag/partick-cote/

Whats up with that, why is it treating every tag i put on my posts as an individual page? Won't this be a serious issue with search engines as it is basically duplicate content?

Can someone help me out with this and help me fix this problem.
