Can't post ad code

Can't post ad code

In the Lifestyle Theme Options section is the "468x60 Ad Block" where ad codes are placed. For some reason, I can't remove the old ad code and replace it with the new one. Everytime I delete the old one, ad the new one and hit the savings button, it reverts back to the old code that I try to remove. In other words, I can't remove the code at all. What can I do to remedy the situation.
