Unable to access new child themes with ProPlus Package

Hey,

I bought the Studiopress Pro Plus package but when I click to download the latest child themes, I get this message:

I'm truly a Pro Plus member, so I'm not sure why I'm getting this message. I can share my e-Junkie link to prove myself, if you need me to.

Any explanation? Thanks.
