how to show archive posts on sidebar

Hi,

Is there any way I can customize the sidebar of just the posts (not pages)?

I want to customize the sidebar so that all the archives related to the post category are listed in one block, so that readers don't have to scroll up and down to find the title they want to read.

So for example:
I now have 2 posts on the "inspiration corner" category. What codes do I need to change in order to have both posts listed on the top sidebar in replacement of "enews & updates" area.

Ultimately, I want to do that for all the post categories.
