Change Teal Border Under Carousel

I've searched to where to change this color setting in the CSS and can't find it for the life of me. I would like to change the thin teal border that separates the carousel section from the column text section. I made this change successfully on the border in the footer. The hex code is 72918B. Is the teal border a graphic that I need to edit (and am not seeing in my images folder)? Thanks! http://www.renofabulousmedia.com
