ISO: Host for WP MU & BuddyPress

Hey all. I have a great host I've been using for years but they employ Plesk / Parallels which does not play well with WordPress MU. What I like about these guys is they know my name, answer the phone, and are willing to roll up their selves and solve problems. They even solve problems at 2 AM.

So I'm looking for a MU host with the same kind of customer first attitude. I prefer that it not be a group that rents servers from another group - I've lived through that living nightmare.
