T shirt build application

I am looking to build a site that has the capability for someone to 'create their own shirt' in terms of selecting colour, adding images, text, etc whilst viewing the tshirt as it is built. similar to http://www.streetshirts.co.uk/creation.aspx.

can anyone tell me if this is possible using wordpress.
