Default Breadcumbs
Hello,

I have been using genesis for a while but I have a couple of questions regarding SEO as there is not a lot about this stuff in the training.

1) When using breadcrumbs do I still need to place links in the body of the page? From an SEO standpoint, will this help or hurt my site. Before using breadcrumbs I inserted the same links into the body but it appears that the breadcrumbs do the same thing. Is this true?

2) I know Genesis has SEO settings but do they replace plugins like the All in One SEO Pack? And can I still use that? The reason I am asking this question is because I don't want it to be overkill, or conflict with these settings.
