is_human() Plugin Vulnerability

For anyone who still might have the is_human() plugin on their site:

http://www.securityfocus.com/bid/47883

We were recently hacked through this plugin. If you have it, delete it ASAP!

If this has been posted before, please sorry for the redundancy.
