Weird Plugins Admin Error

Weird Plugins Admin Error

I have a weird error that is only on my dashboard. When I click the Plugins link on the left side it takes me to an error page that says

"You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page."

Here is what the link is when I mouse over the Plugins link

mysite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=plugins.php

I know this is more of a Wordpress question, but for some reason I can't reset my password on wordpress.org and support is working with me on that.
