Lightbox with Image Title + Descriptions

I just want a lightbox that will show the image descriptions. I think I spent the day trying pretty much every plugin and I still have not had any luck.

I want to show all the images in a gallery and once it is clicked the lightbox shows the image descriptions.

I have Cleaner Gallery Installed. Using Thickbox JavaScript (included with WordPress). Please. Please. Please. Can someone point me in the right direction. Thanks.
