Support forum access upgrade

Hi,

I have just purchased pro-plus package.

There is one more person who needs an access to the support forum
at the same time as we work together.
Can he please get forum access upgrade?

I have searched the forum and noticed there were cases
that 1 extra person got granted with the access manually with request.

Can we also have that previllage?

sungsoonz is the ID that needs upgrade.
