Videos with thumbnails

I got the videos working..

1. now how do i set the thumbnails for the videos? - http://www.c-magazine.tv/
2. when you click (thumbnail markers) it brings you empty page and just comments.
How do i make the video display there too? - http://www.c-magazine.tv/?p=18
