IDX Broker WSDL - Code?

I know a lot of people here use Genesis and IDX Broker. I'm curious if anyone has used IDX Broker's WSDL services (https://idxco.com/services/clientWSDL_1-3.php) to add leads to the IDX backend instead of the user directly signing up using their registration form.

I'm sure its something I am capable of doing with enough reading and research but I don't even know where to start. I was wondering if anyone would be willing to share their code. In my case, I want to have a custom form that posts to my own PHP script that then does several things, including adding the lead to the IDXBroker backend. But any code that someone had written, even if it didnt do exactly what I want, would still be helpful.
