On how to create a Forum

Here's my next question to the group...

I know that the City Theme supports a WordPress Forum. I've dug a bit and haven't found the support link that points me in the right direction to creating my own Forum on my site.

Any feedback is appreciated! Where do I go, how do I start, is there a plug in, what must I edit?
