Corporate Top Left

Hi,
I am trying to re-create the Featured widgets Top, Left and Bottom in the home page. I have set up a Text in one, Featured Post in another two. None of them are showing in the site http://www.leadershipfocus.co.nz/go/.

Is there a manual that tells me esactly what (post, Page or Text) that needs to be dragged into the Featured widgets? Am I missing any other settings?
