Default Links inserting code

Hi, I've noticed on my last couple blog posts that my links are not working correctly. I work in the html screen, and when I insert a link to another web page in post, I use the link button, and then I can see that the code is correct. But when I publish the page, the link has inserted the url for my blog post in front of it.

This is what the link looks like on the blog page: http://changegangs.com/2011/07/14/wh...w.givewell.org

but in the code it says, <a href="www.givewell.org">Give Well</a>

To make matters more confusing, half the links are ok and half aren't. Has anyone seen this before?

Below is the link to my site:
