Adjust space after post title

I want to add more space after the post title and between the post content.

In this example http://nutrition.simplyantiaging.com...rs-protection/

now I've moved the date etc to bottom of the post the text appears a bit too close to the post title.

I want to make it look like this blog post from city theme:

Can you tell me what to edit please

This forum is great BTW and I am SO pleased with how my site is looking with the new theme - with the professionalism built into the theme and the help from the forum I almost feel like a pro myself :)
