Default Move existing content onto new URL

I have two URLs - for sake of easy let's refer to them as UGLY and TEST.

UGLY is the URL we have had for years. It is hosted by Intuit/Homestead.

TEST is a URL that I created with WordPress/StudioPress just to play with the framework.

I am going to migrate UGLY to my new host and then I want to basically copy everything from TEST and put it onto UGLY. Once that's done, I'll make TEST just redirect into UGLY.

So - what is the best way to get my TEST content onto UGLY?

Thanks - I am way low-tech, so if you can pretend like your talking to a 5 year old that's be awesome
