Default multiple blogs, one studiopress

We have two wordpress blogs working successfully at this time. We host them on our own rented server, not on wordpress.com. So we have one blog MyBlog01 and another MyBlog02. The way this is stored on our rented Linux server is MyBlog01 is /public_html/myblog01 and MyBlog02 is /public_html/myblog02. We have a domain named mywebsite.com. So the web address for MyBlog01 is http://mywebsite.com/MyBlog01 and the web address for MyBlog02 is http://mywebsite.com/MyBlog02. All of this works just fine.

Now we want to have a third blog called NewBlog03. We have purchased the StudioPress Genesis frame and Metric theme (the $80 option). We want to utilize the StudioPress Genesis frame and Metric theme on NewBlog03 and we want to leave MyBlog01 and MyBlog02 as they are, that is without StudioPress, just the standard Wordpress thing.

How do we set-up / install NewBlog03 as a new Wordpress blog utilizing StudioPress Genesis frame and Metric theme?

We have downloaded the StudioPress stuff that we purchased to /public_html/StudioPress.

I think we have the skills to set up ONE wordpress blog utilizing StudioPress but we do not know how to set up multiple blogs in the scenario explained above.

Thanks for your help, tlawrence.
