Question about "moving" wordpress/changing URL

I've read a bunch of the tutorials on moving wordpress and changing URLs, but I'm not entirely sure if that's what I want to do.

So I'm building a website at http://www.stockdaleinvest.com/realestate. I did a Wordpress installation via ftp and it seems to have put the site at http://stockdale.ehost-services126.com/realestate/

While either url does seem to function, on the backend all the permalinks and everything are the ehostservices url, and I'd really love it if I could somehow get everything to be the nice neat url.

I tried just changing the Wordpress Site fields, but that seemed to break the template.

I've tried looking up the answer, but I haven't found anything definitive, and I'm not sure I actually need to move it, or if there's just some fields I need to change somewhere within my setup.
