Wordpress.org clone theme wanted

Hello

I like the theme look like wordpress.org. A cloned theme can be found here: http://www.themespinner.com/Shade/

But the control panel of this theme is terrible, you even to have edit the code to show categories and widgets.

Any one like this theme please reply so maybe studiopress leaders will create it if have enough members.

I will join the club when it's appear in the theme list
