Book Review Sites?

Hello All,

I have seen a few book review sites on here that have been showcased and have a few questions for you that are familiar with this. I am building my wife a website that will have a book review category. I would like to be able to set it up so that it has all of the pertinent information about the book (author, publish date, type, etc...) at the top. Plus, we want to be able to offer these books via an affiliate relationship. Looking at some of the showcased sites on here, plus other book review sites out there, I have seen this done. How do I go about setting this up so that this particular category will always have those fields for my wife to fill it with that information? Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
