Full Width Option not working

When i select the full width option for this page - http://www.surfecsc.com/?page_id=504 it will not work. it still shows the default template. it works on any other page that i select full width for.

so, it must have something to do with WP shopping cart being on that page ( short code is [productspage] but i don't know a way around it.

any thoughts?
