Newb Assistance, plz

Hello! Having purchased the Pro Plan, it seems I am missing something as I can't find the dots which link Studio Press to WP.

I am not a professional by any means, but I am fairly knowledgeable on dinking with things behind the scene.

I've looked at supports which are here and my deadline is today in which I must provide something of value to the person asking for my help. I have tried everything and I can't seem to even get a blog to show up with the StudioPress theme I was looking to present.

I apologize that this is not clearer. I can't seem to even find WHERE I need to tell you I am in order to ask for the proper assistance.

I suppose, let me ask these questions in order:

1) Do I need to first download ALL WP items as in going with WP only without StudioPress?
2) Do I need to create a blog with WP first before trying to use StudioPress?
3) If I am using straight from WP, do I use what they have for accessing StudioPress or must I have my own host server?
4) IF I am to work from WP first, then at what point do I initialize StudioPress theme, Genesis Framework, etc.?
5) When I do initialize the StudioPress theme and Genesis Framework, where do I find those files in WP's Dashboard?

I feel so lost and I sincerely apologize for that. Posting here is the last option available to me to try to configure this site.
