Centering image in image widget

I don't understand what is blocking my image from centering, Could someone please take a look at this site and help me find the problem. The image to which i am refferring is the click here to "Fund a Project" image in the side bar.

The image widget has a place that allows you to say if you want to center the image. I tried all three ways, It will place image on right . It will place image on left. But it will not center the image. I've tried changing the size of image. Could something in stylesheet be overriding it?
