Visual & HTML view missing when making posts

Somehow I have lost the ability to use the Visual and HTML view on Wordpress. I had it when it was first installed on my host account, but now I do not have the option to resize photos when making a post.

I assume that it might be a plug in effecting this feature? If so...how do I know which one.

Thanks for any help you can give me...tired of uploading photos into Picasa and linking from there.
