Default Getting Started

I am interested in purchasing the AgentPress Child theme for a Real Estate blog. I noticed the Genesis Framework is available for purchase as a separate item.

To start with, I am not a WordPress developer. I am familiar with basic XHTML 1.1 and CSS where I developed my web page.

Does the AgentPress theme provide enough flexibility in modifying the basic layout, color and font options? The concept I am looking for, is to have at least 5 separate pages that have 10 to 15 unique links to subdivisions. Can I create links that are unique to a particular page? Can I also modify the HTML to add Images, P-tags and H-tags and modify the CSS?

Can I do the above without the Geneses Framework or is this a necessity?
