How to import only the latest pages/post changes from duplicate site

Hello,

Is there an easy way to complete the following...?

I created a duplicate site (Site B). I have then made some style edits to the duplicate site. The original site (Site A) has since had some extra pages, posts and other pieces of content added. Is there a way to identify all the new pieces of content that have been added to site A, since it was duplicated to Site B?

That way I can just export the new content on Site A and import it to Site B?

Or should I just delete all the content from site B and do a full import again?
