E-course within a site

I'm looking for some advice/insight from anyone who has used studiopress for an e-course. I'm considering using the lifestyle child theme. My questions:

--what child theme did you use, and if you liked it, why?
--any experience with wishlist plugin or other membership plugins
--any experience with e-junkie for purchasing
